Refund policy
Spreadsheet Mode sells digital products (Google Sheets templates) that are delivered immediately after purchase. Because the product is delivered in full at the moment of sale and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If something is wrong
If a template does not work as described, contact alexaplanners@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will repair the template or provide a replacement. Where required by applicable consumer law, statutory rights are unaffected.
Payment and tax
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and is responsible for charging and remitting any applicable VAT or sales tax.
